Environmental

Sterling Building Specialists believes in sustainable business practices that minimize our environmental footprint. Our facilities support services incorporate green certified products, equipment, processes, procedures, training and techniques. We utilize silent vacuums which enable us to provide cleaning during business hours, reduce noise pollution, and maintain healthy indoor air quality and lower electricity consumption. LEED certified buildings have specific cleaning requirements and we understand the importance of adhering to specific cleaning plans and procedures to maintain the LEED certification. Sustainable efforts do not necessarily increase costs, but they do increase our ability to provide a safer and healthier environment.
